General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of GoDesign.ma

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of products made by GoDesign.ma (hereinafter "the Seller") via the website www.godesign.ma . Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC by the customer (hereinafter "the Customer").

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of an obvious error in the description or price, the company reserves the right to correct the error after informing the Customer.

4. Price

Product prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (Dhs) and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are listed separately when the order is confirmed. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order

The order is validated once the customer has made payment. An order confirmation is sent by email after validation. The company reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-payment, prior dispute, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made online by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

  • Bank transfer

Payments are secured using SSL protocol. The company does not store any banking information.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times: Orders are processed within 7 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery costs: Delivery costs are indicated when the order is confirmed.

  • Delivery area: Delivery available only in Morocco.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone.

8. Cancellation Clause

The Customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 days from receipt of the order, in accordance with the legislation in force in Morocco.

  • Return conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without having been used.

    • Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of a defect or error on the part of the company.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used when ordering.

9. Warranty and Liability

Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of products

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance

  • Unauthorized modifications to the product

In the event of a defective product, the Customer must contact customer service by email or telephone.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to Moroccan law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Casablanca .

11. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in compliance with Moroccan data protection legislation. The Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting customer service.
